Bioresonance

I also offer treatments in the field of bioresonance therapy. However, I would like to expressly point out that this is a therapy method recognised in naturopathy, but is not recognised by conventional medicine and is not recognised as having any healing effect.

According to supreme court case law (see e.g. BGH decision of 06.02.2013 – I ZR 62/11; OLG Munich, judgement of 08.12.2016 – 29 U 1893/16), a healing effect can only be assumed if this has been proven in the context of a so-called randomised, placebo-controlled double-blind study with an adequate statistical evaluation.

Whether patients subjectively feel relief or healing after using the therapy is irrelevant for the assumption or even the proof of a healing effect. Therapists who assume a healing effect are therefore subject to a misconception from the point of view of conventional medicine and the judiciary.
